(1) The following sub-rule (4) is substituted for sub-rule (4):-

“(4) Section 72A of the Act. The annual report of the management test submitted to the Government of Nepal will be made public by the Ministry of General Administration and will be sent to the agency where the management test was conducted. The relevant departmental head or head of office shall be responsible for disproving the quality, suggestion or irregularity mentioned in such report.” (2) After sub-rule (4) the following sub-rule (5) has been added:-
